These Terms of Use, together with any and all other documents referred to within, set out the terms of use under which you may use this website, www.faithandstories.com (“Our Site”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully and ensure that you understand them. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, you must stop using Our Site immediately. These Terms of Use do not apply to the sale of coaching services.

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. It is also important to note that the colour of the products may vary slightly depending on the type of printer used.

Due to the nature of a digital download, returns, exchanges & cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis. Once your refund notification request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

When buying an item, you agree that you have viewed the full item product listing and read item descriptions properly before purchase. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact hello@faithandstories.com.
Technical Support

We are not responsible for whether digital products work on your chosen device. If you are having difficulty using a digital product, please contact us on hello@faithandstories.com and we will try our best to help you. However, it is your responsibility to check whether your device is adequate to support the product and to seek technical help if you need it.​
Price​

The prices payable for products that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.
Payment Policy

You are responsible to pay for Our product/s in full before receiving the product (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit/debt card or other payment method. We do not offer a payment plan on our products.

In case of a system error, you must pay for the product immediately upon discovering the error. If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty days, We reserve the right to report any delinquent balance to a reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to our sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.
